Pre-Order

When you order something from us, you are purchasing a "pre-order" item. We make all of our products individually for our customers. This way, we do not make any items until you put in your order.

We collect your orders after each Sunday of the week is complete. Then on Monday we send in your orders to start fulfillment.

Depending on the amount of orders we receive each week, it may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order. Once it is fulfilled, it will be shipped to you. Estimated times for shipping are stated under each products "shipping and returns" info.

If by 2 weeks your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at support@cluthes.com regarding your order.
